In accordance with the latest City of Philadelphia Safer at Home regulations, Woodmere Art Museum will be closed to the public effective 5pm, Thursday, November 19, 2020. Updates regarding reopening and frequently asked questions will be available on our website and social media.
While our physical doors will be closed, we will continue to share art and inspiration with you online as all programs will remain virtual. Rest assured we are working hard behind the scenes preparing for the day we can safely share Philadelphia’s art in person once again. Exhibition dates will be adjusted, memberships extended, and music performances and other programming will return. More details will be provided as they are confirmed. In the meantime, explore our collection online, enjoy Woodmere’s outdoor sculpture, grounds, and Straw Journey (which will remain available for socially distanced visits), and lift your spirits by joining us online this week for these upcoming programs:
November 19 | 7 pm
November 21 | 6 pm
The healing power of art, community, and friendship has seldom been more apparent, and we continue to be reminded of your wonderful support. Click here to help us keep Woodmere shining this holiday season and beyond. Proceeds will support Woodmere’s education initiatives, which serve more than 10,000 children and families in school, at the Museum, and, particularly now, at home.
