Executive Director | Courtney O'Neill

For the last 20 years, Courtney O’Neill has been a community leader in Nantucket, Massachusetts. Most recently, she was head of Development and Community Relations for Nantucket Cottage Hospital during their $120 million capital campaign and construction of a 106,000-square-foot replacement hospital building. Before her tenure at the hospital, O’Neill owned and operated a retail business on the island, served as President of the Nantucket Merchants Association, and was a board member of the Nantucket Island Chamber of Commerce. She brings more than a decade of experience in special events to Chestnut Hill, including work with the Nantucket Wine Festival and the Boston Pops on Nantucket. A graduate of Boston University’s Questrom School of Business, O’Neill is originally from Bucks County and now makes her home in Center City, Philadelphia.

Director of Operations | Kate O'Neill

Kate O’Neill is a 25 year veteran of the Chestnut Hill Business District and serves as the institutional memory of the organization.  Her leadership spans all facets of operations and logistics, which keep so many aspects of Chestnut Hill running smoothly behind the scenes.  She also engages in research and planning activities, citywide collaborations with other business districts and business leaders, and devises effective evolving strategies which maintain and continue to improve the Chestnut Hill shopping district. She lives with her family just outside of Chestnut Hill.

 

Office Manager & Bookkeeper | Lizzy Williamson

Lizzy comes to the Chestnut Hill Business District after graduating from Cabrini University and working as an Office Manager/Accountant for an IT firm in Blue Bell. She brings a strong financial and administrative background with her, and an ability to wear all kinds of hats. She is a member of the Alpha Lambda Delta Honor Society. She lives just outside of Chestnut Hill with her Fiancé and is the mother of Lulu the Tabby/Calico.

 

Marketing & Events Coordinator | Georgia Forjohn

A graduate of Drexel University Design and Merchandising program with a minor in Sustainability in Retail Commerce, Georgia Forjohn brings both retail experience strength and a terrific visual sense.  Her work experience and personal interests coincide with an ability to understand retail challenges and develop strategies for it.

Georgia is a Chestnut Hill native and resident and mother of Millie the Goldendoodle.

Retail Advocate | Ann Nevel

Ann Nevel brings over thirty years of retail, sourcing, merchandizing and brand experience to Chestnut Hill’s business attraction program, recruiting unique new shops, restaurants and service professionals to the commercial corridor.  She also works with existing merchants to promote their success and devises collaborative strategies in which business owners can bring their energies together for greater reach and access to customers.  She is a Philadelphia native and a longtime resident of Chestnut Hill.
