In 1972, there were around 400,000 women-owned small businesses in the US. Now, there are over 11 million. But our work is not done. Most female-owned businesses are small; a large percentage have no employees. Despite making up 42% of U.S. small businesses, and employing more than 8 million people, female entrepreneurs receive just 2 percent of all venture capital.
Starr Osborne and the team at Tailored Home are taking a seat at the table. Join them by taking part in the conversations and by supporting the female-owned business in your local communities.
