OMC School Ministry Update
We are currently adjusting our school ministry schedule to accommodate our current situation. Please note the following changes.
- Instead of school wide masses, classes will take turns attending the daily masses offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Two classes will go each day and each grade will be able to attend two masses.

Enrollment Advertising Photo and Video Release
Recording for the video began this week and will continue next Wednesday. Once completed, the video and other advertisements will be shared online via our school website, social media sites, and posters will be shared with other churches, The Chestnut Hill Local, and other publications.
To ensure that only students with permission appear in these advertisements, please take a moment to complete the Google Form linked below.

Bussing Form for 2023-2024 Academic Form
Please complete the form below by May 31st if your student(s) will need to use the bus in the 2023-2024 academic year.
If you have already completed the form and do not need to make changes to your response, you do not need to re-submit it.
The form also asks if you are interested in more information about the Flat Rate Program. The Flat Rate Program is designed for families of students who are eligible for District-provided transportation by school bus, van, or cab but prefer to drive their children to and from school for a monthly flat rate payment of $300 per household. Families also have the option to opt out of bus, van or cab service in the morning only, and will receive a monthly flat rate payment of $150 per household. The students of families that choose the morning (AM-only option), will be able to utilize bus, van or cab service in the afternoon. Please note, the monthly payment is per household and not per child (even if eligible students attend different schools).

Merion-Mercy Academy Summer Programs, registration due June 1st
Merion-Mercy has a variety of academic, enrichment and athletic offerings for girls and boys, including an acclaimed pre-eighth grade Summer Academy and Prep Time! High School Placement Test Preparation course.
They also offer fun enrichment programs such as Make Art! and STEM, and sports camps for girls such as Basketball, Field Hockey, Lacrosse, Soccer, Softball, and Volleyball.

Camp Inspire
OMC girls entering grades 6-8 are invited to participate in Camp Inspire from Gwynedd Mercy Academy High School.
Camp Inspire is a week-long full-day camp that offers students a STEAM experience focused on their choice of art, musical theater, engineering, chemistry, or virtual reality. The camp also encourages girls to develop their sense of purpose and build confidence in themselves.
The camp costs $275. Partial and full scholarships are available. Learn more below. |

Free Summer School Sessions with Catapult Learning |

Catapult is offering in-person and virtual summer school sessions for students in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia. Sessions are July 10th-August 3rd and are being held virtually and in-person at several parish schools.

Eagles clinics are designed to provide each children between 5 and 14 years old with a great Eagles football experience. Here’s what you can expect at their clinics:
- Each participant meets a current or former Philadelphia Eagles player and gets their photo taken with him.
- Each participant receives an official Eagles Football Academy shirt and an Eagles Player Pack.
- SWOOP and the Eagles Cheerleaders attend each clinic to provide some Eagles energy.
- Regardless of your child’s football experience, their clinics will teach each player the key football fundamentals using station-based format that includes position specific stations as well obstacle course stations and speed/agility stations.
