Happy snow day all,
As we move closer to the end of the year, now is a good time to show you some fun new options we have been working on. First, our website is freshly updated and you can find more information on everything as the year comes to a close. This week’s curbside menus are up for you to explore. We have some new A La Carte additions, as well as a new tasting menu, “From Mica with Love.” This menu is five dishes of fun and delicious New American food. We will serve these menus this Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
Mica’s Seven Fishes…
In the tradition of the last 4 years, we will be offering our Seven Fishes Dinner for pick up on Christmas Eve. The menu will be sent out later this week. When taking home this meal you can expect photos and your own menu copy to make it into something more than just “take-out” at home. As of now, we will only have 25 dinners to sell and they are available for purchase on the website now.
Our Holiday Hack will return for pickup on December 24th. We will have one complete dinner available in two sizes, this will include a main dish, vegetables, salads, starches, desserts and sauces. You will have the opportunity to choose your main protein for the Holiday. The two main dishes to select from are Chateaubriand or a salt baked side of King Salmon. All components will be oven ready and intended to be enjoyed family style.
Our second option is a bit more informal. The second package will consist entirely of appetizers and hor d’oeuvres. This “snacks” menu will have dips, charcuterie and some hot and cold appetizers.
Starting this month I will be offering digital cooking classes/demonstrations in a few different forms. Our classes will focus on the basic fundamentals of cooking. There will be opportunities to learn about Sauteing, grilling, braising, steaming, poaching, roasting etc. Take a look at our website for more information. We have public and private classes as well as cooking consultations. Our first public class will be Braising on December 27th.
