Back by popular demand, the Experiences in Mindfulness classes are continuing into 2015.

We spend much of our time everywhere but in the present moment.  Mindfulness is a way of experiencing the life you are living….one moment at a time.  These classes will explore and expand ways to weave the practice of mindfulness into our daily lives. Experiential activities and practices will be covered each week. Whether you were able to make the previous classes or not, all are welcome.  Feel free to take one, two, three or all four of these mindfulness sessions.


Instructor, Michelle Carlino, B.A., E.RY.T. 500, has been teaching yoga since 1990.  Michelle leads holistic health workshops locally and can often be found facilitating workshops at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in the Berkshires.  She is also a certified foot reflexologist, Reiki Master, therapeutic touch practitioner and seated chair massage therapist.
