Dear Kate,
Looking to add some sweetness to your Valentine’s Day? Look no further than your own kitchen — with a little help from our neighborhood Night Kitchen! Join Amy Edelman, chef/owner of Night Kitchen Bakery, and learn how to make a beautiful and delicious Raspberry Linzer Tart with heart cut-outs, guaranteed to make you and your loved ones swoon!
In this live virtual class, Amy, along with her general manager Turquoise Affel, will demonstrate the entire process for producing these Austrian confections: how to make the delicate shortbread, prepare the decorative heart cut-outs, assemble the tart, and bake to perfection! They will also be available to answer your questions in real time. The only thing missing will be the aroma! But after this demo, you will have the skills to make your own kitchen smell amazing!
