Visit participating Chestnut Hill shops and restaurants on Sunday, October 27 between 1:00 and 3:00 PM for trick or treating sponsored by the Chestnut Hill Business District.

Families are invited to stroll Germantown Avenue and Bethlehem Pike in costume. Participating businesses will be handing out candy and non-food treats between 1 and 3 PM. Visit shops and restaurants displaying a “Treats Here” poster.

Once again this year, select businesses will be part of the Teal Pumpkin Project. Begun by FARE (Food Allergy Research & Education), the Teal Pumpkin Project offers a simple way to make trick-or-treating safer and more inclusive for the one in 13 children living with food allergies, and for many others impacted by intolerances and other conditions. A teal pumpkin signals that, in addition to candy, the business will be offering non-food trinkets and treats that are safe for all trick or treaters.
