Skytalk is a weekly Monday evening discussion of what’s new and interesting in astronomy with Dave Heller, host of WHYY’s All Things Considered and Newsworks, and Dr. Derrick Pitts, senior scientist and chief astronomer at theFranklin Institute Science Museum.

In this exciting presentation, Derrick Pitts and Dave Heller will shed light on the night sky highlights for the season, offer perspectives on astronomical discoveries and developments (including how out-of-this-world technology has direct down-to-earth application), and discuss the importance of astronomy (and science) in school curricula.
