Be sure to come by Moondance Farm Studios to meet some of the artists, enjoy a little nosh & sip, and learn how fused glass artist, BETH GALINSKY, creates her amazing indoor/outdoor garden art and other luminous pieces
(she’ll be there 5:30 – 7:30 pm)
“I see the world through ‘glass eyes,’ which means I often ponder how to articulate a vision, emotion or concept through the medium of glass. I imagine, explore and attempt to manipulate the many variables involved in fusing glass – heat, timing, chemical interactions, density, surface treatments, and such. I like to ‘play,’ trying new things to see what I can come up with next. I am a relative neophyte in the field, but I’m grateful for the many glass artists from all over the globe who are generous with their time and knowledge. I’m excited to continue on my path of discovery and creative expression via the boundless medium of glass.”
