About Night Kitchen Bakery A Philadelphia cornerstone of artisan baked goods for 40 years, The Night Kitchen Bakery is known for specialty cakes, “Best of Philly” brownies, and sinful sticky buns while handcrafting each recipe with love. Amy Edelman and John Millard work and own The Night Kitchen Bakery together. Amy runs the business, has the vision and is often seen working in the kitchen. John does a lot of the baking and also the deliveries. Their daughter Izzy claims the job as the official taste tester. The Night Kitchen Bakery is located at 7723-25 Germantown Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19118 and open Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 6 pm, Saturday 8 am to 6 pm and Sunday 8 am to 4 pm.
