| Dear Friends of Morris Arboretum & Gardens, The newest issue of Seasons magazine is now available online, and I’m thrilled to share with you stories that highlight the many ways Morris Arboretum & Gardens continues to grow, inspire, and connect people with nature. In this Fall/Winter 2026 issue, you’ll read about important restoration projects and strategic initiatives shaping the future of the Morris, explore seasonal displays, and get a behind-the-scenes look at the research and horticultural work that supports our gardens. You’ll also learn how the Morris is helping shape the future of horticulture as we profile alumni who have gone on to become leaders in the field in addition to some of our current apprentices, who are poised to make lasting impacts in public horticulture, arboriculture, and education. Of course we are very also very proud to provide opportunities for new gardeners and lifelong learners to deepen their knowledge and connection to the natural world through courses and our new certificate program. Come discover more about our upcoming classes, workshops, family programs, exhibitions, and seasonal traditions, including October’s ArBOOretum Month and the return of the beloved Holiday Garden Railway! Together, these stories reflect the many dimensions of the Morris: a public garden, a center for education and research, and a place where people come together to learn, explore, and find inspiration throughout the year. I hope this issue gives you a deeper appreciation for the remarkable work happening across our gardens and the community that makes it all possible. |
Enjoy! Warm regards, Bill Cullina |
