Settle into colorful Adirondack chairs, and don’t miss Franklin, the giant floating rubber duck that adds a touch of whimsy.Alongside Pursuit of Happiness, experience Garden Railway: Revolutionary Philly, a miniature landscape highlighting Philadelphia’s role in the nation’s founding, and Plants from the Colonial Era, a new self-guided tour of historic plants.
