NEW EXHIBITION OPENS JUNE 13!As the nation celebrates 250 years of independence with public festivities, you’re invited to discover a refreshing alternative at the Morris, a tranquil sanctuary where you can recharge, reconnect, and rediscover happiness through nature.
Enjoy tree swings that capture the joy of childhood, explore the Morris Cottage with its immersive sensory experience, and listen to three Singing Trees activated by wind chimes that fill the gardens with peaceful soundscapes. Settle into colorful Adirondack chairs, and don’t miss Franklin, the giant floating rubber duck that adds a touch of whimsy.Alongside Pursuit of Happiness, experience Garden Railway: Revolutionary Philly, a miniature landscape highlighting Philadelphia’s role in the nation’s founding, and Plants from the Colonial Era, a new self-guided tour of historic plants. Together, these three exhibitions show how the past continues to shape how we experience nature and joy today.LEARN MOREPlease Note: We will be closing at 3 pm on Friday, June 5 as we prepare for Moonlight & Roses.
