CHCA Offers Community Wellness Morning

CHCA members are invited to join the Chestnut Hill Community Association on Sunday, June 7th for a peaceful morning of sound, stillness, and intentional community in the beauty of Pastorius Park. This restorative outdoor sound bath experience invites Chestnut Hill Community Association members to slow down, relax their nervous systems, and reconnect through calming sound frequencies, grounding breathwork, and guided moments of stillness and reflection. Designed to be accessible for all experience levels, the session offers a gentle introduction to mindfulness practices that support clarity, balance, and emotional well-being.
The workshop will begin at 10am and will meet near the Roanoke St entrance to the park. Attendees should bring a yoga mat or blanket and a water bottle. Comfortable clothing is encouraged.
The experience is curated by Lauryn Drew, founder of Lauryn’s Garden Wellness and creator of the Gardens & Galleries Art & Mindfulness series — a cultural wellness initiative that explores how mindfulness can deepen the way we experience art, community, and everyday life.
Date: Sunday, June 7th
Time: 10am
