Yoga and Self Massage to Relieve Stress
This 6 week course will focus on techniques to relieve body tension and decrease stress. Through yogic movement, breath control, visualization, and self massage the students will gain techniques that can be used daily to relieve stress and increase wellness within the body.
Schedule: starting early September, 1 class per week for 6 consecutive weeks on:
