Set in beautiful Pastorius Park, this 6 week yoga class series will invigorate, rejuvenate, and relax while emphasizing postural alignment. Improve flexibility, strength, and mind body awareness through various postures and breathing techniques. All while in the natural beauty of the park!

Schedule: starting the first week of September, 1 class per week for 6 consecutive weeks on:

Yoga for Runners and Athletes

In this 6 week class series, you’ll practice yoga techniques to optimize:

  • performance
  • injury prevention
  • recovery

This class is for all runners or athletes past present and future of any level who want to get an edge on the competition while improving their health.

Schedule: starting the first week of September, 1 class per week for 6 consecutive weeks on:

  • Saturday 7:30am-8:25am

Join us for a 6-week series of fitness classes! Through constantly varied whole body movements, this class will get you in amazing shape, improve your strength, stamina, mobility and overall health, while having FUN! Every week is different, and we promise you’ll even surprise yourself!

No experience necessary.
