Family, friends and neighbors, We hope this email finds you and your family well and healthy. As many of you know, on March 26th we started the Philly Family Covid Fund. As of May 1, we have raised over $25,000!
We met our initial fundraising goal through generous donations from you and other just like you. These funds have allowed us to purchase meals from local restaurants for more than 2,800 front line workers, essential workers and those who are recently unemployed or experiencing situational poverty in Philadelphia. We are so thankful for the contributions, especially those who have donated more than once, and for trusting us to get these funds to the right places. We want you to know that we are working to raise an additional $5,000 to finish up the last of the organizations on our list.
Please consider making a donation today or sharing our mission with your friends and community to help us meet this goal. DONATE HERE and please send people our way through our social media sites. Organizations we’ve supported
