Pope Francis Visit 2015 |Chestnut Hill is Open for Business

Our shops and restaurants will be open. Some specials celebrating the pope’s visit are:
Iron Hill Brewery is offering a special Pap-Ale, Night Kitchen Bakery is selling Papal Peace Cookies; Borelli’s Chestnut Hill Gallery is hosting an exhibit of art entitledItalian Heritage: Commemorating the Visit of Pope Francis, Kitchen Kapers is selling solar powered statue of Pope Francis waving,Woodmere Art Museum has an exhibit of biblical art, and Threadwell is selling t-shirts with the inscription Pope, Philadelphia PA.

Parking information
-A limited number of parking spots will be available in the Chestnut Hill Parking Foundation lots for SEPTA pass holders traveling the CH West line to Center City.
-Travelers are encouraged to arrange for drop off and pick up in Chestnut Hill due to parking limitations
-The CH West parking lot will be closed for parking throughout the weekend. A detailed map can be found here
-There is parking available in the other SEPTA parking lots in Chestnut Hill.
