Morris Arboretum offers Early Bird Openings every Saturday & Sunday through September

 

This weekend, take your wake-up walk at Morris Arboretum. The garden opens at 8am on Saturdays andSundays now through September.

Relish the quiet of the garden as the new day begins and sunlight filters through the trees.  Watch as more than 12,000 labeled plants in the Arboretum’s living collection slowly greet the morning and search for the sun.  Observe birds as they take flight and begin their hunt for nourishment. Capture and savor the beauty of first light digitally or with your naked eye.  And make plans to experience dawn again at Morris Arboretum.

Morris Arboretum is a 92-acre horticultural display garden that features a spectacular collection of mature trees in a beautiful and colorful landscape.  The official arboretum of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, effective 1988, Morris Arboretum is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and accredited by the American Association of Museums.  For more information, visit: www.morrisarboretum.org
