Mica’s Holiday Hack

Need some help preparing for Thanksgiving? We got you covered. Below you will find a menu full of Thanksgiving dishes we have available for purchase, to ease your turkey day prep load. Each item is sold by the tray which typically feeds 4-6 people and comes with reheating instructions. Place your order by phone or by responding to this email with your name, phone number, allergies, quantities and a desired pick up time after 2pm on Wednesday November 27th. All orders must be made by 8pm on Tuesday evening the week of Thanksgiving. We hope this makes your Thanksgiving holiday a little easier and more enjoyable.

The Sides…

Mica Mashed potatoes, simply whipped with butter and whole milk, $32 for a half pan

Maple Glazed Sweet Potatoes with pa maple syrup and sherry vinegar, $36 for a half pan

Green Bean Casserole with button mushrooms and fried shallots, $31 for a half pan

The Turkey…

We are selling turkey dinners for 4-6 and whole brined heritage birds that are oven ready.

Our turkey breast is brined for 12-16 hours and then cooked Sous vide for the best juicy turkey breast. It will be served alongside a celery root and dark meat confit ragout.
The turkey breasts are sold by the 3 pound piece accompanied by a quart of turkey confit ragout. This will serve 4-6 people. This route is by far the most controlled and home cook friendly out of our two options.
The turkey is prepared in a way to ensure your ability to roast and reheat it at home yielding a tender, juicy and flavorful turkey dinner.

We will also be selling whole heritage turkeys brined and trussed, making them completely oven ready for the morning.

Lancaster Heritage Breed Whole Turkey brined and trussed. ( oven ready) $14 per pound. (8 pound minimum)

All whole turkey orders need to be placed by Friday November 22nd to ensure our ability to source the proper size birds for your Thanksgiving Dinner.

Black Friday and Cyber Monday…

On Friday and Saturday November 29th and 30th, Mica will be doing a Black Friday promotion. Order a gift card; online, in person or over the phone and for every 100 dollars spent you receive an additional 50 dollar gift card.

On a Sunday and Monday, December 1st and 2nd order a gift card through our website. For every 100 dollars spent get an additional 40 dollars added to your card balance or as a separate card all together.
