Woodmere Unveils Bold New Identity With Support From
A Little Better Co. Through The Unless Project Grant
|
|
Woodmere Art Museum is thrilled to unveil its transformation to simply “Woodmere,” a name that captures the museum’s evolution as a dynamic cultural hub for the city of Philadelphia. This exciting rebranding has been made possible through a grant from A Little Better Co. (ALBC) via The Unless Project, allowing Woodmere to amplify its voice and strengthen its presence on a grander stage. With ALBC’s brand development support, on November 14, 2024, Woodmere launched a new logo, color palette, and strategic messaging highlighting its commitment to fostering creativity, learning, and self-expression. Read the full press release here.
We are extremely appreciative to ALBC… and especially now at Thanksgiving, we are grateful to all of YOU for your support and patronage and making advancements to Woodmere like this one possible. Happy Thanksgiving! |

Stephen Kerzner (March 17, 1950 – November 21, 2024)
Woodmere lost a dear friend on November 21, 2024. Stephen Kerzner, who was a longtime champion of Woodmere, passed away at Chestnut Hill Hospital last week. A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, Stephen spent decades working in fashion, both in Philadelphia and New York. Stephen was an institution unto himself as operator of Woodmere’s museum store and was a staff member for 16 years, from 2007 to 2023. He poured his heart and soul into Woodmere — not just in the store — and was loyal and loving of the Museum in every way. He had a very big presence on social media and never missed a beat. Stephen will be missed. May he rest in peace. |
