Yoga with Weights

In this 6 week class series, you’ll take yoga to a new level by incorporating weights into your asana routine. Yoga with Weights promotes even more strength training, and challenge to your balance, as well as a renewed awareness of your alignment and of course flexibility. Whether new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, you are guaranteed to be challenged both mentally and physically in this class, all while having fun!

Cost: $108
Schedule: starting the first week of August, 1 class per week for 6 consecutive weeks on either:

  • Monday 5pm
  • Wednesday 7am
  • Wednesday 6pm
  • Thursday 6pm
