About the Concert:

A perennial musical favorite, Antonio Vivaldi’s music always brings joy to audience and performer alike. This Camerata Ama Deus Baroque Chamber Orchestra concert, conducted by Maestro Valentin Radu, will feature several solo instrument concertos and ensemble works. Paul Miller returns with his viola d’amore (literally, violin of love) to perform one of Vivaldi’s concertos written for the silvery, singing tones of this delicate instrument. Thomas Di Sarlo will double as violin soloist and “concert master.”  Vivian Barton Dozor will bring forth lush tones from her sonorous cello; and, Rainer Beckmann will dazzle with musical pyrotechnics on his recorders.

Concert length: Approximately 90 minutes
