His guest spots on the Hot Club of Philadelphia’s 2015 release ‘Gypsy Routes,’ helped to have the CD come in at # 11 on WRTI Jazz radio’s Top 100 Releases of 2015.
The show will feature Barry Wahrhaftig, guitarist-vocalist with the HCPhilly, Bassist Jim Stager, and Phyllis Chapell guest vocalist.
They will be performing Django’s music, some French musette, Latin and Jazz standards and 20’s & 30’s hot jazz. The concert is part of the Chestnut Hill Community Concert Series, sponsored by Weavers Way Co-op.
