The Philadelphia Open Studio Tours (POST), a program of The Center for Emerging Visual Artists, is the largest tour of personal and professional artist studios and creative workspaces in the region, and one of the premier open studio tour events in the country. This year, POST is back on October 15/16, 22/23, noon-6pm all four days. Artists and Community Partners in Chestnut Hill have October 22 as their open studios day.

POST is not just one event, but hundreds of self-guided tours that take place in studios, galleries and businesses all across the city. POST is city-wide, free-to-attend, and a fantastic way to explore all that Philadelphia’s creative community has to offer. The open studios events are designed to stir up a community’s excitement about art and allow for a unique engagement for all who value the Philadelphia arts culture. We hope you use this opportunity to highlight what your community brings to the Philadelphia art scene.

This year, these artists and partners in the Mt. Airy/Chestnut Hill area are registered to participate:

  • Woodmere Art Museum
  • Allens Lane Art Center
  • Artist & Craftsman Supply
  • Julie Zahn
  • Katherine Robinson
  • Mt Airy Contemporary: Colleen Keefe, Andrea Keefe

Please click here to register for POST 2022 and join the community that is growing each day. POST can help us all build neighborhood and city-wide relationships, illuminate spaces for new voices, create empathy and belonging, as well as support and uplift more vibrant local economies.  Be a part of POST this year. We think you will be glad you are with us.
