Morris Arboretum Annual Plant Sale

Spring is finally here and so isMorris Arboretum’s annual Plant Sale on Mother’s Day weekend, members-only on Friday, May 11, 10am-7pmand the public sale on Saturday, May 12, 10am-3pm.  Shoppers will find a wide selection of unusual and hard-to-find plants as well as countless gardening staples.  And throughout the sale, Arboretum horticulturists, wearing red aprons, will be readily available to answer questions and make recommendations. The 2018 Plant Sale will be held at the Horticulture Center at Bloomfield Farm, across the street from the Arboretum’s public garden.

With Friday as members-only day, it’s the perfect time to become a Morris Arboretum member for first picks on great plants and to save 10% on your entire Plant Sale purchase. Once again, the Arboretum offers members a free “surprise” dividend that is sure to excite home gardeners.

On Saturday, the sale is open to the public.

Returning to the Plant Sale with a wide selection are the Delaware Valley Chapter of the North American Rock Garden Society, www.dvcnargs.org, and the Greater Philadelphia Chapter of the American Rhododendron Society, www.gpchapterars.org.
