Mica’s Family Meal
Summer in Provence (Ready to Eat, 6-630PM Pick-up, Thursday-Saturday)
Take home a taste of Southern France with our Family Style Bouillabaisse. Served with bronzino, scallops, mussels, clams, fennel and potatoes. This will be accompanied by a saffron and shellfish broth, fresh pesto, ratatouille, crostini and rouille. For dessert enjoy a Tarte Tatin with summer berries, lemon thyme and whipped cream. This meal starts with dinner for two and can be scaled up to six guests.
Salt Baked Bronzino (Cook At Home Kit, Saturday 5pm Pick-up Only)
Enjoy a Salt Baked Whole Bronzino at home this weekend. Pick up at 5PM on Saturday only. This kit will come with clear cooking instructions for each item. This take home dinner includes, a cleaned and prepped Salt Crusted Bronzino, Summer Vegetable Cassoulet, Baked Lemon Potatoes, garlic and olive vinaigrette and build your own summer shortcakes for dessert.
