Outside the Box is a small gardening and garden installation company located out of New Hope Pa. They do property maintenance using traditional pruning and planting methods in the English Garden tradition. They specialize in planting species of plants that support wildlife, especially birds, bees and butterflies plus we love building custom vegetable gardens that add fresh sustainable food for families. The Project:
You might not have a huge property or no property at all, but there is always space for your own, one of a kind vegetable box. On a small balcony or front step. The average size is 18 inches wide by 2.5 feet long and 12 inches high but we can adjust to your specification. You can grow arugula and kale 8 months a year for your morning shake, your favorite herbs like oregano and basil or just annuals. You name it. We use local white Oak which looks amazing natural or painted. All you need is make a donation of $15.
