Annual Chestnut Hill Christmas-Holiday House Tour Returns December 3rd

The Holiday season is a time to relive cherished traditions, and for Chestnut Hill, there is no better tradition than spending a day enjoying the Christmas-Holiday House tour. Presented annually by the Chestnut Hill Community Association (CHCA), this year’s tour takes place on Saturday, December 3rd, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and will feature five of the area’s loveliest historic homes decorated for the holidays. Get into the Holiday Spirit with a day spent touring a variety of dramatic homes and find inspiration for your Holiday celebrations, while experiencing the rich architectural heritage of Chestnut Hill. The tour is self-guided and attendees have the option of driving to the homes, or riding one of our special event trolleys.

Reservations are $45 for CHCA members and $50 for non-members.
To make your reservation for the 2016 Chestnut Hill Holiday House Tour, call 215-248-8810 or buy your tickets online at www.chestnuthill.org.  You can also register on the day of the tour between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. at the Woodmere Art Museum located at 9201 Germantown Avenue in Chestnut Hill and at Hill Company located at 8040 Germantown Avenue, Philadelphia, Pa. This event supports the Chestnut Hill Community Association, which provides services through nearly every cross-section of the community, performed largely by volunteers whose care and commitment help keep Chestnut Hill a unique and wonderful place to live. Some of our efforts include publication of our award-winning weekly newspaper, the Chestnut Hill Local; supporting neighbors and businesses in development efforts as a Registered Community Organization with the City; and organizing the Pastorius Park Summer Concerts, the Black and White Gala, the Christmas-Holiday House Tour, HOOPS Madness, and Friday Night Movies Under the Stars. In addition, we conduct a fund drive every year and allocate funds raised to CHCA programs and to nonprofit groups in our community that have the same vision for improving Chestnut Hill for our residents.
