Healing Movement for Chronic Pain

Heal your relationship with your body.This 6-week class series offers an evidence-informed approach to gentle and creative movement for reducing pain and pain-related anxiety provided in a community of support. Classes combine elements of dance, yoga, and movement therapy; participants are encouraged to move only as able. Classes provided by Morgan Rakay, MA, LPC, BC-DMT – a licensed professional counselor and board-certified dance/movement therapist. All ages and movement levels welcome, chairs provided.
