7:30-9:00pm yoga glow and flow class @ the MARKET to benefit AFSP with PopUp Yoga Philla and tAra Yoga.
Join Pop Up Yoga Philly & Tara Yoga by the fountains outside of MARKET at the FAREWAY in Chestnut Hill for a special glow and flow class on 5/19/2016! Proceeds benefit AFSP, which raises awareness, funds scientific research, and provides resources and aid to those affected by suicide. They are finding better ways to prevent suicide, creating a culture that’s smart about mental health and bringing hope to those affected by suicidal thinking and suicide loss.
Class starts at 7:30pm, as dusk settles and the lights of the MARKET fountains start to glow! Fun glow bracelets and necklaces will be provided.
The first 15 students to sign up online will receive a Pop Up Yoga Philly promotion grab bag, stuffed with sample goodies! A couple of these bags will contain some free class passes to Tara Yoga studio in Chestnut Hill!
After class, stick around the MARKET to sample a free beer (to be provided by the MARKET) and chat by the glow of the fountains with your fellow yogis!
