Friends of the Wissahickon’s Annual Ice Cream Social

Aug. 15 – 3-5 p.m. on Forbidden Drive in Wissahickon Valley Park

 

Join Friends of the Wissahickon (FOW) for the annual Ice Cream Social on Wednesday, Aug. 15 from 3 – 5 p.m. in front of The Cedars House on the beautiful Pennsylvania Trail of the Year – Forbidden Drive – in Wissahickon Valley Park. Enjoy a kid-friendly afternoon of ice cream (donated by Bredenbeck’s Bakery), live music, and nature crafts with FOW staff and volunteers as well as staff from the Wissahickon Environmental Center. This free event takes place rain or shine.
