Friends of the Wissahickon’s Virtual Public Projects Meeting

Presents 2021 Plans for Wissahickon Valley Park Conservation Work – Jan. 27

 

Join Friends of the Wissahickon (FOW) on Wednesday, Jan. 27, for its Annual Public Projects Meeting to hear about the organization’s important work to conserve our community’s treasured Wissahickon Valley Park. The virtual meeting will be held from 6 – 7:30 p.m.

FOW’s Executive Director Ruffian Tittmann will review the organization’s achievements during a year of COVID-19 restrictions and record park visitorship and discuss the status of current and planned conservation projects. Volunteer Manager Shawn Green will share FOW’s volunteer achievements from 2020 as well as what’s coming up for this year and how you can get involved.
