Are you between 12-16 years old and interested in playing Dungeons & Dragons and other role playing games? We’re excited to partner with the Chestnut Hill Library on a creative role playing games workshop. The workshop will be lead by Sara Sciacchitano, aka “Darth Sara.” Sara is a working artist who creates fantastical characters and worlds through her business Cloudless. She also has led dozens of workshops for youth and adults on Dungeons & Dragons and other role playing games.

You can participate in one, two or all three of the workshops. Each is a stand alone experience! To RSVP please click here. Please note that space is limited; if your plans change and you are no longer able to attend please let us know so we can open up your spot for someone else.

WORKSHOP #3 (NOVEMBER 12, 2024)

Participants will embark on a journey to the enchanting Neverlight Village, where they will engage in a series of creative quests designed to ignite their imagination and storytelling skills.

Quest 1: Quest for the Lost Relic

Participants will embark on a collaborative role-playing adventure, using storytelling, improv, and problem-solving skills to solve puzzles and overcome challenges. They’ll work together to uncover the village’s secrets and retrieve the fabled Lost Relic, with each participant contributing their unique perspective, regardless of prior workshop attendance.

Quest 2: Mini Quest—The Grand Council

In a reflective and celebratory conclusion, participants will share their experiences and creations with the group, receiving feedback and encouragement. They’ll discuss what they learned and how they can apply these creative skills beyond the workshops.
