IT’S THE TRIFECTA … Black Friday, Small Business Saturday, and Museum Store Sunday are being celebrated at Woodmere! Spend $100 or more in the Museum Store and/or the Winter Wonder Shop from Friday, November 24th through Sunday, November 26th and receive a FREE gift.
In alignment with Woodmere’s mission of telling the story of Philadelphia’s art and artists, the Museum Store now has a fresh focus on offering unique and one-of-a-kind products produced by local artists, makers, and designers. Showcasing over 60 new vendors, shoppers can find a curated display of eclectic goods, including original artwork, ceramics, glass, sculpture, lighting, clothing, handbags, and jewelry.
And now through December 31st, The Winter Wonder Shop expands the selection of the traditional Museum Store with a temporary pop-up shop in the Antonelli Gallery, allowing for extra shopping enjoyment with more than six times the amount of product that fits into the year-round space. The support for this endeavor has been overwhelming. Ceramicists Larry Spitz and Carol Klein have generously donated 100% of their sales to Woodmere. Material Culture has cozied up the WINTER WONDER SHOP with the loan of a magnificent rug and a white oak Greek Revival mantel borrowed from BeatyAmerican Woodmere Art Museum Store sales help support funding for exhibitions, programming, classes, concerts, and lectures. Like the Museum Store, the Winter Wonder Shop is free, open to the public, and does not require museum admission.
