In 2025, join us on Sunday September 7th from 10-4 pm in downtown Chestnut Hill PA (vendor list below).
The Chestnut Hill Markets will feature 90+ carefully curated vendors with a wide variety of handmade and vintage goods along with food trucks, live music, and an abundance of shopping options in the charming, cobblestone-lined streets around us. The Market is produced in partnership with the Chestnut Hill Business District, and we thank them for their support!
Location
The Market is located right in the heart of downtown Chestnut Hill. You can point your GPS to 25 W. Highland Ave, or head to the intersection of W. Highland Ave and Germantown Ave, directly across from Robertson’s Flowers. Our vendors are set up all along W. Highland Ave starting at Germantown Ave and up to and into the entire 25 W. Highland Ave lot (the Turquoise Lot).

Additional Details
You can read all of our Market FAQ’s and see all of the vendors participating this season in the Vendor Gallery.
The Market is held outdoors rain or shine. A cancellation is possible in the case of severe or dangerous weather (e.g. lightning, all day heavy rain, or excessive wind). In general, our go/no go decisions are always made by Saturday mid-day at the latest. You can always check our social media accounts for any updates.
The Market is FREE to attend and family-friendly. On-leash, well-socialized dogs are welcome! The City of Philadelphia has implemented a plastic bag ban to cut down on single use plastic waste. Please help us do our part and bring your own reusable bag.
Follow us on Instagram and Facebook for vendor sneak peeks the week prior to the Market.
Parking
Parking is available throughout Chestnut Hill in any of the Parking Foundation lots (shown with a “P” on the map below) or any available street parking. The Clover Market vendors are in the Turquoise Lot and all along W. Highland Ave; the Market area is shown in green on the map below.
- Our wonderful vendors and our onsite team need time to properly set up, so we kindly ask that customers not arrive before 10 am (i.e. we don’t do early bird sales). That will allow us to create the best shopping experience for everyone!
- Public transit can be taken to the Chestnut Hill Market (just take SEPTA to the Chestnut Hill West station). It’s a very short walk to the Market from there. We also encourage our customers to walk, bike, or carpool whenever possible.
- Cash is king, but our vendors accept credit cards as well. There are several ATM’s nearby on Germantown Ave.
- There are portable toilets available in the main parking lot by the food trucks. The Market is on pavement and handicapped-accessible.
- On-leash, well-socialized dogs are always welcome at our event. The Market can be noisy and at times crowded (and the pavement can get hot in the late spring months), so just use your judgment when deciding whether to bring your pet.
