At Paris Bistro we’ll feature some of the very best Nouveau Beaujolais available in the states. These wines are hand-selected like all of our wines; from small family owned wineries and estates.
These wines are unlike any Beaujolais Nouveau wines you’ve ever tasted (unless you were here last year!) – fresh, fruity and utterly drinkable, but with character and none of the sweet, grapey, Kool-Aidy taste of some of the mass produced wines.
