A neighborhood tradition is resurrected this Halloween season with the lantern-led Ghost Walk of Chestnut Hill on Saturday evening October 18.
Partnering with Patchwork Storytelling Guild, professional storytellers will startle, shock, and scintillate all ages at four different spooky stops in Chestnut Hill. Tours will leave every half hour from Chestnut Hill Library and end at nearby Hilltop Books. The evening will be fun for all ages, with stories during the early hours being most appropriate for the youngest. The last tours of the evening will be for the bravest among us and will conclude with a creepy cocktail at Hilltop Books. Treats will be available for younger attendees throughout the evening.
The Chestnut Hill Ghost Walk supports the Friends of the Chestnut Hill Library. Tickets are available online and at Hilltop Books, 84 Bethlehem Pike, and are just $10 each or $25 for the whole family. Please visit https://hilltopbooks.org/ for more information, volunteer opportunities, and tickets.
Come in costume or as you are but be prepared for a night of mayhem as the much-loved neighborhood Ghost Walk returns from the dead.
