Summer of Dinos is off to a roaring start! Visit this month for Fossil Friday, a dinosaur parade, and so much more Mesozoic fun!

Fossil Friday

Friday, June 7 • 11 am

Fossils are how we learn about dinosaurs and plants. Join us to make your very own dinosaur fossil. Meet at the Paleontologist’s Cottage. Free with general admission.

Bloomin’ Bubbles

Tuesdays through August 27 • 11 am

Join us every Tuesday for Bloomin’ Bubbles, when we transform the Whimsical Woods into a magical bubble party! Meet in the Whimsical Woods. Free with general admission.

Dinosaur Parade

Saturday, June 15 • 11 am

Dress up as your favorite dinosaur and come along on a parade with us! There will be musical games, a runway to see everyone’s costumes, and snacks! Meet at the Welcome Center. Free with general admission.

Father’s Day Family Birding Fun

Sunday, June 16 • 10:30 am

Celebrate Father’s Day at the Morris with a birding walk together followed by painting bird houses for Dad! Meet at the Welcome Center. Free with general admission.

This month we’ll be reading Dino Feathers by Dennis Nolan. Meet in the Outdoor Classroom. Free with general admission.

Sunrise Solstice Stroll

Members: $5 • Non-members: $10

Join us to welcome the sun on the summer solstice, the longest day of the year. Wander the grounds and experience the Morris like never before: as the sun rises. Meet at the Welcome Center. Registration required.

Plants in the Age of Dinosaurs Tour

Saturday, June 8 • 11 am

Join an experienced Garden Educator on this exciting new tour to explore living examples of trees and plants that were around when dinosaurs roamed the earth. Meet at the Welcome Center.

Garden Highlights

Weekends: 1 pm

Weekdays: 10:30 am

Our knowledgeable guides will design a tour around the interests of the attendees. Meet at the Welcome Center.

Member Exhibition Night

Thursday, June 27 • 6:30 – 8:30 pm

In celebration of our joint exhibitions, Plants in the Age of Dinosaurs and Garden Railway: Dinos!, we are pleased to invite you to our annual Member Exhibition Night! Travel back in time to the Mesozoic Era during members-only evening admission hours and experience exclusive pop-up dino programming! Weckerly’s Ice Cream will be on-site with sweet treats.

Premier Level Members enjoy exclusive ticketed entry beginning at 5:30 pm and will receive two free Weckerly’s Ice Cream vouchers per member household at check-in.
