Enjoy an evening with The Erinys Quartet, currently in residence at the Curtis Institute of Music. They will be performing a program of string quartet favorites, including Mozart’s Quartet in B-flat Major, K. 589, Britten’s second-string quartet, a tribute to the English composer Henry Purcell, and Beethoven’s Op. 127, one of his legendary “late quartets” and great musical achievements, written during the final years of his life when he was almost completely deaf.
