When you think of what Serendipity means, maybe you think of unexpected good luck or finding interesting + valuable things by chance. Our brand, Serendipity, means a bit of both; we create an environment where customers can stumble upon special, unique gifts many times by happenstance.
With our first brick and mortar location opening in 2013, we started a spontaneous family adventure. Over the years, Serendipity has evolved into a multi location and ecommerce brand in and around Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Our teams, management structure, and vision have helped us create a one-of-a-kind shopping experience. The values we started with reverberate throughout our team and customer experience, now and for the future.
